Shipping policy

We aim to have all orders dispatched from our warehouse in 2-4 business days from time order is placed. Delivery times will vary depending on your location. Unless purchasing by PREORDER please see dates in product description.
Please note – Once item is shipped from our premises your parcel is out of our control and in the hands of our preferred delivery service. You will receive an email when your order has been shipped which will include tracking details, please check your junk folder as sometimes this is where these emails end up! Please refer to tracking email for delivery updates and estimated arrival time. Arrival time depends on where you live and which shipping service we use for your location but rest assured you should receive your order within 14 business days within Australia from date of dispatch.

Orders will be sent via Couriers or Australia Post. Orders will not require signature on delivery and will be marked Authority To Leave unless otherwise stated by the purchaser.

Please note for international items signature on delivery is required, import taxes may be required to be paid, we do not cover this cost and it will vary dependant upon your country's import tax requirements.

All prices for U.S. customers include applicable import tariffs and taxes. No additional duties will be charged upon delivery.

If your order arrives damaged/missing components, we require notification within 12 hours of delivery plus photo evidence of damage.
