Refund policy

We only offer store credit for returns on all items purchased from our online store. We do not accept refunds. The item must be in the same perfect condition that you received it, unused, with tags/plastic coverings/bubble wrap, and in original packaging, undamaged along with original postal packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase plus packaging slip. We do not accept change of mind returns. All shipping for returns are at buyers expense unless item is faulty. All returns incur a $15AUD administration and restocking fee. All returns will receive an in store credit only we do not offer refunds.

Once return is accepted, we will supply instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

You will only receive a store credit after the item has been inspected and accepted in perfect condition by our team. If accepted a store credit will be issued and emailed to you, a store credit is to be used within 90 days from date of issue.

Our return policy is in addition to ACCC Consumer Rights when buying products and services.

 

Faulty or Damaged  
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order and send photo evidence to hello@urbangreenhouse.co

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale/seconds items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges
If an exchange is requested the all shipping for exchanges are at buyers expense we do not cover this cost. Item is to be shipped back to us and the exchanged item will be shipped to the customer. This shipping cost is at buyers expense.

 


Returns will incur a $15AUD administration and restocking fee. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
