I just got mine and I absolutely love it.

These are fantastic, I love that you can choose different kinds of light colours. The timer comes in automatically once set which is excellent. And they look great!
Also I bought some of the taller ones too, but relieved the wrong poles- customer service was fantastic and sent me the correct ones via express post immediately. Very happy!

Super easy to install and looks great! Perfect to get plants up off the floor and free up shelf space.
Added extension poles for our 3.5m ceilings.

To be very honest i was very hesitate to spend so much money on something unseen since there are no refunds - i tried to find if anyway had them locally but to no avail. Lucky i found a slighty cheaper unwanted gift to try first and i was very happy with it that i very soon bought a second one with extra hangers direct from Urban greenhouse. Their communication was really great prior to my purchase regarding to my hesitant concerns about how sturdy the pole might be as I'm a clumsy person and i also have two big nephews and big dogs that visit my place. The shipping was good, came in 5 days from qld to vic. I really like the nice clean white look, they feel very sturdy even given a good shake. I attached some long vines of pothos up the pole and they look really great as well! I was very tempted to get a third but ive run out of plants i need to hang!
