We offer capped standard shipping on all orders within Australia at $15.00, for international orders please head to checkout to complete a shipping calculator.

We aim to have all orders dispatched from our warehouse in 2-4 business days from time your order is placed. Delivery times will vary depending on your location.
Please note – Once item is shipped from our premises your parcel is out of our control and in the hands of our preferred delivery service. You will receive an email when your order has been shipped which will include tracking details, please check your junk folder as sometimes this is where these emails end up!

Please refer to tracking email for delivery updates and estimated arrival time. Arrival time depends on where you live and which shipping service we use for your location but rest assured you should receive your order within 10 business days within Australia from date of dispatch. For international orders up to 28 days.

Orders will be sent via Couriers or Australia Post. Orders will be given authority to leave by our postal service. If you do not wish for your order to be left unattended, please leave a note in the cart.

If your order arrives damaged, we require notification within 12 hours of delivery plus photo evidence of damage.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
