These are not faults, but what makes each piece unique

Lolly Hanging Planters do not have a drainage hole and as such we do not recommend planting your plants directly into the pot but rather leave the plant in a plastic nursery pot. This helps reduce overwatering, fungus gnats and root rot.

Excess moisture from the potting mix may cause the jute strings to degrade over time. It is recommended to keep soil levels lower than the string height if planting directly into the planter. Failure to follow recommendations may see the just degrade.
