Want to create a fuller looking plant pole?

Our plant trays are a great way to fill your plant pole with more plants.

We recommend adding no more than 6-8 plants in total on the plant pole.

Each tray is 18cm in diameter and each tray holds up to 3kg per hook.

We also have extra hooks available for purchase separately.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to the manufacturing process, our trays when assembled may be not be 100% level. This is to counteract the weight that will be set on the tray. It doesn’t have to be done up tight to sit into position. We recommend placing your pot on the tray to see how it sits then remove the pot and bend the tray slightly and very gently to where it needs to be to sit level. The thread may not screw all the way into the tray, this has been purposely done to allow a buffer for the tray to be assembled so that the tray can sit out over the end of the arm. It's not a fault but rather how they’re manufactured. Please see second image for reference.

Trays are available in black and white.

Delivery & Returns

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2–4 business days. Delivery times will vary based on your location. For PREORDER items, please refer to the product description for dispatch dates.

Once your order has shipped, it is in the hands of our preferred delivery service. You’ll receive an email with tracking details—check your junk folder if you don’t see it. Most Australian orders arrive within 14 business days of dispatch.

Orders are sent via courier or Australia Post with Authority to Leave unless otherwise requested. International orders require a signature on delivery and may incur import taxes, which are the buyer’s responsibility.

If your order arrives damaged or with missing components, notify us within 12 hours of delivery with photos at hello@urbangreenhouse.co.

Brought life to our bathrooms!

Really like the poles, they brought some life to our bathrooms. As I am short, and the space was a little cramped, i needed help to install them. In a larger open space they would be fairly easy to install. The hooks are hold weight well, but I found them tricky to install at first once you got the direction right, its good. I also got some hook with plates which were great. Shipping was pretty standard, arrived as expected being in Queensland too. One thing to be mindful with the tension it lifts your ceiling and if your ceiling does not have skirting (like ours) it can separate the silicon, should probably have it further away if possible. Anyway other than that we've gotten plenty of compliments.

Regarding the ceiling — thank you for mentioning this. It sounds like the tension may have been applied a little too strongly, as lifting the ceiling or causing separation in the silicon isn’t a common issue we come across.

I love the poles but the tray is difficult to get completely level, so my pots are a little lop sided.
